There are currently 4 themes installed to which you can change within the User Control Panel. What sort of theme was you looking for? WoW? non-wow? The portal is in a sence is still pretty new there are loads of themes but only 3 wow which are already installed. People are crying out for a Cataclysm...

I think this has now been resolved. However please allow 30 minutes to receive the activation email before requesting help.

There are accounts inactive, however I do recognise the users. As stated in the OP please check your junk/spam email folders incase the activation email was redirected to them.
